目的了解珠海市某综合医院2008-2011年报告的法定传染病的发病情况及其流行特征,为临床及医院传染病管理提供一定的科学依据。方法采用描述流行病学方法对某综合医院2008-2011年传染病网络报告资料进行统计分析。结果 2008-2011年某综合医院共报告22种法定传染病8 443例,其中无甲类传染病报告,报告乙类3 144例、丙类5 299例。主要报告病种为手足口病、乙肝、梅毒、感染性腹泻、肺结核。按传播途径分析,以肠道传染病为主,其次是血液及性传播疾病、呼吸道传染病。结论手足口病、感染性腹泻为某综合医院报告儿童常见病,性传播疾病和肺结核发病率呈逐年上升趋势。
Objective To understand the incidence and epidemic characteristics of notifiable infectious diseases reported by a general hospital in Zhuhai during 2008-2011 and provide some scientific evidences for the management of clinical and hospital infectious diseases. Methods Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze the data of infectious diseases network in a general hospital from 2008 to 2011. Results A total of 8 443 cases of statutory communicable diseases were reported in a general hospital in 2008-2011. Of them, there were no reports of Category A communicable diseases, which reported 3 144 cases of Category B and 5 299 cases of Category C cases. The main reported diseases are hand, foot and mouth disease, hepatitis B, syphilis, infectious diarrhea and tuberculosis. According to the route of transmission analysis, mainly intestinal infectious diseases, followed by blood and sexually transmitted diseases, respiratory diseases. Conclusion Hand, foot and mouth disease, infectious diarrhea is a common hospital for children reported common diseases, sexually transmitted diseases and tuberculosis incidence showed a rising trend year by year.
