1987年浙江省劳动人事厅曾会同有关主管部门,对全省十一家E级锅炉制造厂的28套E级蒸汽锅炉设计资料进行了审查,发现了各种问题共839个。笔者认为,审图中发现的有些问题属全省十一家E级锅炉制造厂共同存在的或普遍存在的问题,其中相当一部分恐系全国性的通病,为此,有必要对一些共性的或普遍存在的技术问题进行探讨。一、强度计算方面1.关于炉胆的计算问题(1)有的E级锅炉制造厂对立式弯水管锅
In 1987, the Labor Department of Zhejiang Province, together with the relevant authorities, conducted a review of the design data of 28 sets of E-class steam boilers in eleven E-class boiler factories in the province and found a total of 839 various problems.
