蔬菜施肥过去以氮磷钾三要素为主,其中施氮比例最大。近年来国内外发现由于缺钙造成蔬菜产量降低、品质恶劣的现象十分严重。钙是植物需要的大量营养元素之一,蔬菜生长不仅需钙量大,而且在整个生长过程的任何时期都很需要。因此在缺钙的酸性土壤施钙对蔬菜生长有良好效果,甚至在钙含量丰富的土壤栽蔬培菜,如甘蓝、大白菜、番茄等也屡见发生缺钙症,所以必须引起重视。
