针对太阳能硅片多线切割机的张力检测问题,提出一种无传感器的张力检测新方法,通过构造一个张力观测器来计算张力值。分析太阳能硅片多线切割机走线系统的等效模型,建立模型的运动方程,得到张力估计误差方程,求出满足稳定性的参数条件,定义李亚普洛夫函数分析误差的收敛速度,通过加入补偿量提高误差的收敛速度,并引入符号函数增强张力检测的稳定性和可靠性,使用粒子群算法对补偿因子进行优化控制。仿真和样机实验结果证明该方法的可行性和正确性,该方法具有成本低,抗干扰性强,可靠性高的特点。 Aiming at the problem of tension detection of solar wafer multi-line cutting machine, a new sensorless tension detection method is proposed. A tension observer is used to calculate the tension value. The equivalent model of alignment system of solar wafer multi-line cutting machine was analyzed, the equation of motion of the model was established, the tension estimation error equation was obtained, the parameters satisfying the stability condition were obtained, and the convergence rate of analytic error of Lyapunov function was defined. The compensation amount increases the convergence speed of error, and introduces the sign function to enhance the stability and reliability of tension detection. Particle swarm optimization is used to optimize the compensation factor. The simulation and prototype experimental results show that the method is feasible and correct. The method has the characteristics of low cost, strong anti-interference and high reliability.
