航空发动机结构装配性能对于保证发动机安全稳定的工作具有极其重要的意义。以航空发动机高压转子为研究对象,围绕转子装配性能进行检测试验、特征提取、规律分析等方面的研究。在分析小波包分解原理以及能量熵原理的基础上,提出了基于小波包能量熵的信号特征提取方法。通过对不同状态下的航空发动机高压转子装配性能进行检测试验对该方法的准确性加以验证。实验结果表明,所提出的特征提取方法能够准确描述转子装配状态变化规律。
Aeroengine structural assembly performance for ensuring the safety and stability of the engine is extremely important. Aeroengine high-pressure rotor is taken as the research object, the test of rotor assembly performance is carried out, the feature extraction and regular analysis are studied. Based on the analysis of wavelet packet decomposition principle and energy entropy principle, a signal feature extraction method based on wavelet packet energy entropy is proposed. The accuracy of this method is verified by testing the assembly performance of aero-engine high-pressure rotors in different states. The experimental results show that the proposed feature extraction method can accurately describe the changing rules of rotor assembly state.
