一、问题的提出我厂生产的煤炭输送机减速器齿轮,多数用20MnVB、18CrMnTi等低碳合金钢材料,对齿坯予先热处理常用正火工艺。由于这类材质含碳量较低,因而切削性能较差,对正火处理虽做多次不同热规范试验(也曾用过调质处理),以提高硬脆性,但终不能改善切削性能,结果使滚齿光洁度仍然很低,达不到计设要求,成为我厂在齿轮生产中难以克服的一个质量问题。
