活塞杆是我厂产品氮氢气压缩机的主要零件之一,它的氮化质量直接关系到整机的使用寿命。这种用38CrMoAlA制造的活塞杆,长1460mm,直径60mm,并有台阶、键槽、螺纹、盲孔。工艺流程复杂:锻造-正火-粗车-调质-精车-去应力-半精磨-去应力-精磨-离子氮化-校直-去应力-抛光。年产量上千根。过去,我们用气体氮化工艺,要达到渗氮层深0.30mm以上需要几千个h,而且脆性大,使用时,往往发生尖角处氮化层剥落现象。后来,我们用北京电炉厂制造的非标LD-100 A离子氮化炉,对活塞杆进行离子氮化。通
