目的探讨卵巢切除大鼠小脑中δ-连环素(δ-catenin)的表达特征及雌激素对其表达的影响。方法将大鼠分为正常组、假手术组、雌激素替代组和安慰剂组。卵巢切除后人工注射雌二醇或安慰剂,应用免疫组织化学方法检测δ-连环素在小脑的定位表达;用免疫印迹法做定量分析。结果与假手术组和雌激素替代组相比,免疫组织化学和免疫印迹法均显示安慰剂组大鼠小脑中δ-连环素表达最低,假手术组和雌激素替代组δ-连环素表达明显高于安慰剂组。结论雌激素可上调卵巢切除大鼠小脑δ-连环素的表达。
Objective To investigate the expression of δ-catenin in the cerebellum of ovariectomized rats and the effect of estrogen on its expression. Methods The rats were divided into normal group, sham operation group, estrogen replacement group and placebo group. Artificial injection of estradiol or placebo after ovariectomy was performed. The localization of δ-catenin in the cerebellum was detected by immunohistochemistry. Quantitative analysis was performed by Western blotting. Results Compared with the sham operation group and the estrogen replacement group, the expression of δ-catenin in the cerebellum was the lowest in the placebo group and the δ-catenin in the sham operation group and estrogen replacement group Higher than the placebo group. Conclusion Estrogen can up-regulate the expression of δ-catenin in the cerebellum of ovariectomized rats.
