《社会保险费征缴暂行条例》(国务院令第259号,以下简称《条例》)已发布实施,这是我国社会保险法制建设的重大举措。为了贯彻实施好《条例》,现结合我省实际,提出如下贯彻意见,请一并贯彻执行。一、四川省行政区域内基本养老保险费、基本医疗保险费、失业保险费、工伤保险费和生育保险费(以下统称社会保险费)的征收、缴纳,适用该《条例》。二、全省各级社会保险经办机构为社会保险经费的征收机构。
The Provisional Regulations on the Collection of Social Insurance Premiums (Order No. 259 of the State Council, hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”) have been promulgated and implemented. This is a major measure for the legal construction of social insurance in our country. In order to implement the “Regulations”, we hereby put forward the following opinions in light of the reality of our province. Please implement them together. I.
