蒙台梭利教育注重教师的观察。细致的观察能帮助教师了解幼儿当前的状态,以便对下一步的教育行为作出决策:是介入指导还是任其自由发展。不当的介入会打扰幼儿、阻碍幼儿的发展,不及时的指导又会失去促进幼儿能力发展的机会。教师要做到既不干预太多,又不错失任何一个有价值的教育契机,就要从观察幼儿做起,把握“介入”与“不介入”的时机。
Montessori education pays great attention to teachers’ observation. Careful observation can help teachers understand the current state of the child in order to make a decision on the next step in the educational process: whether to intervene in the mentoring or let it develop freely. Improper intervention can disturb children and hinder the development of young children. Without timely guidance, they lose the opportunity to promote the development of children’s ability. Teachers should not interfere too much without losing any valuable educational opportunity, we should start from the observation of young children, to grasp “intervention ” and “not involved ” opportunity.
