目的:实现普通分光光度计分析过程的自动化。方法:用微机化多功能离子分析器与分光光度计联机测定维生素C的含量。结果:以本法测定药物中维生素C含量,与1995年版《中国药典》记载的方法比较,结果基本一致。结论:采用本法比用普通分光光度法更加简便、快速,可广泛用于药物分析。
Purpose: To automate the analysis of common spectrophotometers. Methods: The content of vitamin C was determined on-line using a computerized multi-functional ion analyzer and spectrophotometer. RESULTS: The determination of vitamin C content in the drug by this method was basically the same as that recorded in the 1995 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Conclusion: This method is simpler and faster than ordinary spectrophotometry and can be widely used for drug analysis.
