沿用了几十年的国产麻醉咽喉镜的光源灯泡在镜片的前中段,常因在口腔内被唾液、血液等沾湿,用后冲洗消毒液体渗入灯泡与镜片内的弹簧导电触点,使之锈蚀短路或接触不良,在使用时常会忽明忽暗,给插管带来诸多不便,险情常因此而发生,这是麻醉工作者多年来难以解决的问题。国外近年来采用镜片不带灯泡的光导纤维麻醉咽喉镜,笔者就进口某国的光纤喉镜与国内目前常用的普通喉镜比较,认为前者有以下优点。 (1)重量较轻,常用的中号镜片连镜柄(去电池)的重量,国外产品为330g,国内产品为362g,前者应用较为轻便。 (2)镜片光源采用光导纤维,灯泡在镜柄中,从根本上消除了镜片电路与灯泡接触不良

I compared the import of a fiber optic laryngoscope with a commonly used common laryngoscope in the country and consider that the former has the following advantages. (1) The weight is lighter, and the weight of the commonly used medium lens with mirror handle (to battery) is 330g for foreign products and 362g for domestic products. The former is more portable. (2) The optical source of the lens is optical fiber, and the bulb is in the mirror handle, which fundamentally eliminates the poor contact between the lens circuit and the bulb.
