国际社会应对环境变化的博弈日趋激烈,污染型企业面临着巨大的环境压力。目前,环境规制已经对企业的进出口贸易产生了不同程度的影响,进而通过贸易机制影响着企业的技术创新。本文从中国和美国企业面临的环境现状以及科技创新水平入手,分析了环境规制对于企业技术创新的影响。实证结果表明,环境规制能通过贸易机制对企业的技术创新产生一定的促进作用。这也证实了“波特假说”的观点:恰当的环境规则政策能够促进技术创新。
The international community is facing an increasingly fierce game of environmental change. Polluting enterprises are under tremendous environmental pressure. At present, the environmental regulation has had different degrees of impact on the import and export of enterprises, which in turn affects the technological innovation of enterprises through the trade mechanism. This article starts with the present situation of environment and the level of science and technology innovation faced by Chinese and American enterprises and analyzes the impact of environmental regulation on the technological innovation of enterprises. The empirical results show that environmental regulation can promote the technological innovation of enterprises through the trade mechanism. This also confirms the “Porter Hypothesis” view that appropriate environmental regulation policies can promote technological innovation.
