供热期终端热用户室内温度是供热运行过程中的重要参数,实时准确监测该温度,及时调整运行工况,可有效减少热用户投诉或供大于求的现象发生,实现热能合理调控。文章中介绍的无线室温采集系统由无线室温采集器及监控中心服务器组成,无线室温采集器以C8051F410单片机为核心,通过DS18B20数字温度传感器采集温度,数据经MG301-LCC型GPRS模块发送至监控中心服务器,服务器建立未来5 h室外温度预测模型,运行人员根据预测的室外温度及用户室温变化曲线的反馈,调整控制曲线,下达换热站调节参数。非供热期可在服务器端将设备批量设置为低功耗模式,并依据加速度计原理设计了防挪移提醒功能,有效防止了用户恶意移动设备从而影响实际测量结果。

The data is sent to the monitoring center server via the MG301-LCC GPRS module , The server establishes an outdoor temperature forecasting model for the next 5 hours. The operator adjusts the control curve according to the predicted outdoor temperature and the feedback curve of the user room temperature, and issues the adjusting parameters of the heat exchanger station. In the non-heating period, the device can be batch-set to a low power consumption mode on the server side, and the anti-diversion reminding function is designed according to the accelerometer principle, thereby effectively preventing the user from maliciously moving the device and thus affecting the actual measurement result.
