据美国《医学论坛报》1997年11月27日载La Voie报道,一项新的研究表明,小儿可以食用低脂饮食而不损害营养状况。 在Pennsylvania州立大学Dixon博士的带领下,研究者将303例4~10岁的儿童纳入研究。按照国家胆固醇教育计划制定的指南,在3个月内减少这些儿童的脂肪入量。该指南推荐,>2岁的儿童食入的脂肪所提供的热量应低于摄入总热量的10%。
According to La Voie, the Nov. 27, 1997 issue of the Medical Tribune in the United States, a new study shows that children can eat low-fat diets without impairing nutritional status. Led by Dr. Dixon of Pennsylvania State University, the researchers included 303 children aged 4 to 10 years in the study. Follow these guidelines developed by the National Cholesterol Education Program to reduce the fat intake of these children within 3 months. The guidelines recommend that> 2-year-olds should consume less than 10% of the total calories they eat.
