1983年的一次偶然机会,我认识了江一真同志。在此之前,我只知道他是个老革命,担任过福建省省委书记、省长和国家卫生部部长等职务。那年,江老亲自进行海洋渔业调查,我作为省水产厅工作人员随同前往。跟着他深入海岛、渔村,沿着福建、广东的海岸以及环绕海南岛驱车跑了近万公里,朝夕相处和聆听他的亲切教诲长达一个多月。我深深感受到了他的和蔼可亲,感受到他的睿智、勤奋和对我国海洋渔业发展的杰出贡献。 In 1983, by chance, I met Comrade Jiang Yizhen. Prior to that, I only knew that he was an old revolution and served as secretary of Fujian Provincial Party Committee, governor and minister of the Ministry of Health and other positions. That year, Jiang Lao personally conducted a marine fishery survey, I accompanied the staff of the Provincial Fisheries Department. Follow him deep into the islands and fishing villages, and drove nearly 10,000 kilometers along the coasts of Fujian Province and Guangdong Province and around Hainan Island. He worked closely and listened to his kindness and education for more than a month. I deeply felt his amiableness, felt his wisdom, diligence and outstanding contribution to the development of China’s marine fisheries.
