本文研究了工业硫酸中汞含量的测定方法。用重铬酸钾做稳定剂,硼氢化钾做还原剂,采用蒸气发生-冷原子荧光光谱法测定工业硫酸中汞量。用本方法测定样品中的汞相对标准偏差为5.00%,加标回收率在90.2%~98.9%之间,方法检出限为0.046ng/mL,汞含量测定范围在0.0000010%~0.00010%之间。线性范围在0~40 ng/mL时,相关系数可达到0.9990以上。此方法灵敏度高,操作简单,准确度高。
This article studies the determination of mercury in industrial sulfuric acid. Using potassium dichromate as stabilizer and potassium borohydride as reducing agent, the amount of mercury in industrial sulfuric acid was determined by vapor - generating atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The relative standard deviation (RSD) of mercury in the sample determined by this method was 5.00% and the spiked recoveries ranged from 90.2% to 98.9%. The detection limit was 0.046ng / mL. The determination range of mercury content was between 0.0000010% and 0.00010% . When the linear range is 0 ~ 40 ng / mL, the correlation coefficient can reach above 0.9990. This method has high sensitivity, simple operation and high accuracy.
