对50例妊娠9~40周病理妊娠及12例妊娠中期终止妊娠的胎盘及胎儿组织,进行了细胞培养及染色体核型分析,以探讨胚外组织特异性染色体嵌合体的存在,并试图阐明胎盘特异性嵌合体与妊娠不良结局之间的关系。结果:病理妊娠中发现有2例真性染色体嵌合体仅存在于胎盘绒毛组织,而未能证实存在于胎儿组织细胞。其中1例合并严重胎儿宫内生长迟缓。在其余病例中,胚外组织与胎儿组织细胞具有相同的染色体核型。
Cell culture and chromosome karyotyping were performed on 50 placental and fetal tissues from 9 to 40 weeks of gestation and 12 from the second trimester of pregnancy to explore the existence of extraembryonic tissue-specific chromosomal chimeras and to attempt to elucidate placenta Relationship between specific chimeras and poor outcome of pregnancy. Results: Two cases of true chromosome chimerism were found only in placenta villi in pathological pregnancy, but not in fetal tissue cells. One case of severe fetal intrauterine growth retardation. In the remaining cases, extraembryonic tissues and fetal tissue cells have the same chromosomal karyotype.
