In fact, terminology has an important role to play in standardization and harmonization across all industries or in other fields. A term policy involves a number of complex elements, especially when it is built and implemented at the national level. At the strategic level, the positive implications of systematic terminology planning, especially terminology policy planning, are well understood as support for information, knowledge and innovation policies and educational strategies. As this understanding continues to intensify, all countries and various language communities are aware of the need for systematic terminology policies, including the development of terminology strategies to enhance their competitiveness. This trend toward terminology is in line with the requirement of today’s accelerating globalization to accelerate its localization.
