对西伯利亚落叶松木片进行水预抽提(PE),并将落叶松抽提物滤出,然后采用8种菌株将抽提物发酵为不同产品。在添加多硫化物(PS)和蒽醌(AQ)进行硫酸盐法蒸煮之前,对抽提过的木片进行温和洗涤。将PE-PSAQ浆漂白到白度为80%左右。在实验室抄片,并检测纸张的各项性能,同时将传统的硫酸盐落叶松浆作为对照样。用落叶松PE-PSAQ浆抄造纸张的性能与传统硫酸盐浆抄造纸张的相似。因此,制浆前脱除木片中大量的半纤维素不会影响纸张性能。
The Siberian larch wood chips were subjected to water pre-extraction (PE), and the larch extract was filtered off, and the eight strains were used to ferment the extracts to different products. The extracted wood chips were gently washed before sulfates were added with polysulfide (PS) and anthraquinone (AQ). The PE-PSAQ bleach to a whiteness of about 80%. Sheets were made in the laboratory and the properties of the paper were checked, while the traditional sulfate larch pulp was used as a control. The performance of papermaking with larch PE-PSAQ pulp is similar to the papermaking of traditional kraft pulp. Therefore, removing large amounts of hemicellulose in the wood chips prior to pulping does not affect paper properties.
