目的研究平菇菌丝大米固态发酵的次级代谢产物,以期从中找到食药用真菌预防保健的物质基础。方法采用正相硅胶柱色谱、ODS柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20、高效液相色谱等方法进行分离纯化;利用理化性质和波谱分析对单体化合物进行结构鉴定。结果从平菇菌丝大米固态发酵物中分离得到了13个化合物,分别为:甘露醇(1)、(22E,24R)-24-甲基-麦角甾-7,22-二烯-3β,5α,6α-三醇(2)、5,7-二甲氧基苯酞(3)、4,4’-氧二丁酸(4)、对羟基苯甲醛(5)、苯甲酸(6)、吲哚-2,3-二酮(7)、对甲氧基苯甲酸(8)、反式桂皮酸(9)、3-吲哚甲醛(10)、(R)-3-羟基-3-(2’-氧代丙基)吲哚-2-酮(11)、(22E,24R)-3β,5α,9α-三羟基-麦角甾-7,22-二烯-6-酮(12)、尿嘧啶核苷(13)。结论其中化合物4、8、11、13为首次从侧耳属中分离得到,化合物3、7、9、10、12为首次从平菇中分离得到,化合物4为新天然产物。
Objective To study the secondary metabolites of Pleurotus ostreatus rice in solid state fermentation, in order to find out the material basis for the preventive health care of medicinal fungi. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by normal phase silica gel column chromatography, ODS column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 and HPLC. The structures of the compounds were identified by physico-chemical properties and spectral analysis. Results Thirteen compounds were isolated from the solid state fermented mycelium of Pleurotus ostreatus and were identified as mannitol (1), (22E, 24R) -24-methyl-ergosta-7,22-diene- (4), p-hydroxybenzaldehyde (5), benzoic acid (6), p-hydroxybenzaldehyde (7), p-methoxybenzoic acid (8), trans-cinnamic acid (9), 3-indolformaldehyde - (2’-oxopropyl) indol-2-one (11), (22E, 24R) -3β, 5α, 9α-trihydroxy-ergosta-7,22- ), Uridine (13). CONCLUSION Compounds 4, 8, 11 and 13 were isolated from Pleurotus for the first time. Compounds 3, 7, 9, 10 and 12 were isolated from Pleurotus ostreatus for the first time. Compound 4 was a new natural product.
