本文给出含Zn量0.00≤x≤0.10的Cd_(1-x)Zn_xTe晶体晶格常数对组分x的变化曲线,并与三元系 Cd_(1-y)Hg_yTe晶体晶格常数进行比较.分别计算了 Cd_(0.094)Zn_(0.036)Te-Cd_(0.2)Hg_(0.3)Te和CdTe-Cd_(0.2)Hg_(0.3)Te双晶系的晶格失配度,讨论了其晶格匹配.
In this paper, the variation of the lattice constant of Cd 1-x Zn x Te with the content of Zn of 0.00≤x≤0.10 on the composition x is given and compared with that of the ternary Cd_ (1-y) Hg_yTe. The lattice mismatch degree of Cd_ (0.094) Zn_ (0.036) Te-Cd_ (0.2) Hg_ (0.3) Te and CdTe-Cd_ (0.2) Hg_ (0.3) Te twin were calculated and their lattice mismatch .
