鉴于大多数化学致突变物/致癌物必须经过代谢激活才能表现出致突变性和致癌性的事实,只研究筛选直接化学致突变物/致癌物的方法是不够的。因此我们在以前工作的基础上,又考察了与代谢激活系统有关的因素。
Given the fact that most chemical mutagens/carcinogens must be metabolically activated to exhibit mutagenicity and carcinogenicity, it is not sufficient to study only methods for screening for direct chemical mutagens/carcinogens. Therefore, based on our previous work, we examined factors related to the metabolic activation system.
