自然通风横流式冷却塔是一种适用于大容量火电机组的冷却塔形式。按火力发电厂1 000 MW机组循环水系统的冷却负荷,针对自然通风横流式冷却塔,结合配水计算、热力计算和优化计算对填料高度、填料深度和半径进行研究和分析,给出了1 000 MW机组自然通风横流式冷却塔配水系统布置型式、淋水填料高度、深度变化与出塔水温相关关系,以及淋水填料高度、深度、半径推荐范围,以达到节省填料,降低水泵扬程的目的。
The naturally ventilated cross-flow cooling tower is a form of cooling tower suitable for large-capacity thermal power units. According to the cooling load of circulating water system of 1 000 MW unit in thermal power plant, the height, packing depth and radius of packing were studied and analyzed in view of natural ventilation cross-flow cooling tower, combined with water distribution calculation, thermal calculation and optimization calculation, and 1 000 MW units naturally ventilated cross-flow cooling tower water distribution system layout type, watering filler height, depth changes and out of the tower water temperature, and watering filler height, depth, radius recommended range, in order to achieve the purpose of saving stuffing, reducing the pump head.
