采用放射配基结合分折法和蛋白结合分析法,分别测定实验性过敏性哮喘豚鼠肺组织内β受体最大结合量(Bmax)和cAMP含量的动态变化,以及电针刺激对哮喘发作的初期(第1天起给予刺激)与后期(第9天起给予刺激)的影响。结果表明,哮喘豚鼠肺组织中β受体Bmax值和cAMP含量,哮喘发作的第8天及第14天时明显低于对照组;电针刺激可使哮喘豚鼠肺组织内β受体Bmax值和cAMP含量,无论在发作的初期还是在后期均能恢复至正常水平,但电针刺激对正常豚鼠未见有影响。
The dynamic changes of β-receptor maximal binding (Bmax) and cAMP levels in the lungs of experimental allergic asthmatic guinea pigs were measured using radioligand binding-partitioning and protein binding assays, and electroacupuncture stimulation was used to determine the early stages of asthma attacks. (Stimulation given on day 1) and effect on post-stimulation (given on day 9). The results showed that the β-receptor Bmax and cAMP levels in the lung tissue of asthmatic guinea pigs were significantly lower than those in the control group on the 8th and 14th days of asthma attack; electroacupuncture stimulation could increase the β-receptor Bmax and cAMP in lung tissue of asthmatic guinea pigs. The content, whether early or late in the attack, returned to normal levels, but electroacupuncture did not affect normal guinea pigs.
