石河子市kh房地产开发有限公司,成立于2003年,注册资本1800万元,属国家三级房地产开发公司,主要从事房地产开发与销售业务。公司自成立以来,相继开发了时代花园、东方花园小区、新城花园等园区。近年来,kh房地产公司取得了良好的业绩,不过大部分要归功于行业快速的成长性,企业发展战略还不够清晰,缺乏持续增长的动力和高效的内部管理。
