以某工程300MW循环流化床(circulating fluid bed,CFB)空冷供热机组为例,对冷渣器余热利用系统进行了优化。提出了3个可行方案,并利用等效热降法对3个方案进行经济性分析,得到了最佳的余热利用方案。此外,还提出了2个提高冷渣器余热利用效果的方法:一是用尽可能高温度的冷却水和尽可能少的冷却水量去冷却冷渣器;二是在运行中采取适当措施尽可能提高冷渣器的综合传热系数。
Taking a 300MW circulating fluid bed (CFB) air cooling unit as an example, the waste heat utilization system of the slag cooler is optimized. Three feasible schemes are put forward, and the economic analysis of the three schemes is carried out by the equivalent thermal descent method. The best scheme of waste heat utilization is obtained. In addition, two methods for improving the utilization of residual heat of the slag cooler are also proposed: one is to cool the slag cooler with the cooling water with the highest possible temperature and the least amount of cooling water; and the other is to take proper measures in the operation as much as possible Improve the overall heat transfer coefficient of slag cooler.
