本文报告14例以“白线病”命名的皮肤病。多数起病于童年,主犯四肢,表现为单侧性线条状淡白色斑,有的隐约可见淡白色丘疹座落于斑上,缺乏自觉症状,扩展一个时期后多年静止不变。组织病理常显示有慢性炎症象。 This article reports 14 cases of skin diseases named after “white thread disease.” Most of them became ill during childhood, and the main culprits were limbs. They showed unilateral lines and pale white spots, and some loomingly visible pale white papules were located on the spot. They lacked self-consciousness and remained static for many years after extending for a period of time. Histopathology often shows chronic inflammation.
