随着社会对能源的重视,对能源运输的安全方式也更加关注。我国油气等能源的运输都采用长输管道的方式,这种运输方式具有经济、高效、安全等优势,也成为了能源运输中重要的运输手段,并得到广泛的应用。当前随着长输管道运输的普及,其中的劣势也逐渐的凸显出来,焊接缺陷以及裂纹等会影响运输的质量,导致运输物料的渗漏。本文主要对长输管道施工焊接的缺陷以及裂纹等方面的控制进行分析。
With society’s emphasis on energy, more attention is paid to the safe mode of energy transportation. China’s transportation of oil and gas and other energy uses long-distance pipelines. This mode of transportation has the advantages of economy, efficiency and safety. It has also become an important transportation means in energy transportation and has been widely applied. At present, with the popularity of long-distance pipeline transportation, the disadvantages among them also gradually become apparent. Welding defects and cracks will affect the quality of transportation and lead to the leakage of transportation materials. This article mainly analyzes the defects of the long distance pipeline construction welding and the crack control.
