强化载荷谱,缩短疲劳寿命实验时间,在工程实际中具有重要意义。但目前载荷谱强化等损伤寿命折算多采用名义应力法,不考虑载荷顺序效应与载荷相互作用效应,使寿命预测存在较大误差。文中通过载荷谱强化这两种效应分析,发现载荷谱所有载荷按比例增大一定倍数的强化方法可使载荷相互作用效应保持稳定。进而提出兼顾这两种损伤效应的强化载荷谱寿命折算新方法。并采用两个实际谱,通过原谱与强化谱寿命实验,对该方法作了验证。
Strengthen the load spectrum, shorten the fatigue life test time, in engineering practice is of great significance. However, the current stress spectrum enhancement and other damage life conversion use more nominal stress method, and does not take into account the interaction between load sequence effect and load, so there is a big error in life prediction. In this paper, we analyze the two effects of the load spectrum enhancement and find that all the loads in the load spectrum increase proportionally by a certain magnification to keep the load-interaction effect stable. Then a new method of life-span conversion based on both damage effects is proposed. Two real spectra were used to validate the method through the original spectra and intensified spectrum lifetime experiments.
