在国家加强经济结构调整和发展方式转型及区域经济振兴的大背景下,宝钢实施“走出去”战略下的做强做大是必然选择,项目改造则是实现收购企业结构调整与技术升级的保证,合理选择项目管理模式意义重大。文章分析了国内外工程项目主要管控模式、特点和发展趋势,结合宝钢项目管控案例,对项目管控模式优选进行了分析、思考和建议。

This paper analyzes the main management and control modes, characteristics and development trends of domestic and foreign projects. Based on the Baosteel project management and control cases, the article analyzes, thinks and suggests the optimization of project management and control modes.
