一、调查的背景梅林地处宁海城北,经济发展一直处于上升趋势,人口流动比较大,对优质教育的需求量逐年增加,造成学前教育资源的不均衡。一是园际发展不均衡。公办园只有1所,民办园越办越多,迄今为止有18所。在19所幼儿园中,公办园是省示范性幼儿园,民办园中有7所省三级幼儿园,其他11所规模较小。二是师资队伍发展的不均衡。导致园所骨干教师缺失、师资整体素养和教育教学能力参差不齐,制约着幼儿园的内涵发展。为找到优化科研骨干队伍的路径以及运作策略,笔者展开调查。笔者在与梅林片19位幼儿园园长的座
