“We are reading the first line of the first chapter of a book. The number of pages in this book is infinite...” I don’t know who wrote it, but I like it very much. It reminds us that the future is ours. Creative. We can shape the mysterious, unknowable future into whatever we imagine, just as the sculptor carved the unformed stone into a statue. Each of us is like a farmer. There will be a good harvest when you sow the seeds. The sowing of inferior or full-grown weeds will destroy the harvest. Without cultivating, nothing will be gained.
