在单因素试验的基础上,采用Box-Behnken设计对白豆蔻挥发油超声波协同微波提取工艺中的液料比、微波时间和微波功率3因素的最优化组合进行了定量研究,建立并分析了各因素与得率关系的数学模型。结果表明:最佳的工艺条件为液料比9.9mL/g、微波时间154s和微波功率286W,经试验验证此条件下得率为2.67%,与理论计算值2.61%基本一致。说明回归模型能较好地预测白豆蔻挥发油的提取得率。
Based on the single-factor experiment, the optimal combination of liquid-to-solid ratio, microwave time and microwave power in the ultrasonic synergistic microwave extraction process of the volatile oil of Cardamonia oleracea was studied by using Box-Behnken design.
