根据上级领导关于举办1982年上海市科技协作交流的精神,我所早在去年年底便组织力量积极筹备,挑选了近年来具有一定水平的可供应用推广的科研成果蠕墨铸铁钢锭模,高铬耐磨铸铁、保温冒口、离子蒸镀、仿金镀黄炉、真空热处理、伞齿轮精锻、冷轧丝杆、精密剪切……等21项供展。在筹备与展出期间我所领导曾多次亲临现场指导工作,并多次组织中层干部与各部门技术骨干前往现场进行专题交流、咨询、洽谈和消化吸收兄弟单位的成果,以促进我所的科研工作。
In accordance with the spirit of the superior leaders in organizing the 1982 Shanghai Science and Technology Collaboration and Exchange, the Institute organized early preparations at the end of last year to select the most recent scientific research results that can be applied and promoted. Vermicular graphite cast iron ingot mold, high chromium Wear-resistant cast iron, insulation riser, ion evaporation, imitation gold plating furnace, vacuum heat treatment, bevel gear precision forging, cold-rolled screw, precision cutting ... ... for the 21 exhibition. During the preparations and exhibitions, my leadership has visited the site several times to guide our work, and has organized many middle-level cadres and technical personnel from various departments to the site to conduct thematic exchanges, consultations, negotiations, and digestion and absorption of the achievements of our fraternal units to promote our Institute’s scientific research.
