随着海上深水油田开采的日益活跃,为了解决产品的储存和运输问题,发展了一系列新技术。为解决储存问题可以采用水下储油罐或浮动储油罐。水下储油罐系基于排水原理,这时的一个重要方面是防止任何污染公害。为此设计了一种潜没油罐。在这种油罐中,原油通过机械的分隔和海水分离。本文旨在介绍有关这种油罐用胶布隔膜设计的宏大研究计划的主要技术细节,这种隔膜在全钢的潜没油罐内起着使原油和海水分离的作用。接着又对一些主要的测试工作作了介绍,这些测试是为了评价所选用的材料能否承担本计划所要求的功能以及其在有关的环境条件下和预定时间内的性能所必需的。
With the development of offshore deep-water oil fields, a series of new technologies have been developed to solve the problem of storage and transportation of products. This paper aims to introduce the main technical details of a grand research project on the design of this type of adhesive tape diaphragm for oil tanks, which acts as a sub-tank in all steel to separate crude from seawater. This is followed by a description of some of the major tests that are conducted to evaluate the ability of the selected materials to perform the functions required by the program and their performance under the relevant environmental conditions and for a predetermined period of time.
