自从一九六五年我国煤矿机械行业逐步推广液压元件以来,轴向柱塞泵及马达得到了普遍的使用并取得了较多的经验。轴向柱塞泵和马达的缸体(转子)端面与配油盘相接触的端面是配油表面,缸体上柱塞孔和柱塞的圆柱表面是运动密封表面,它们之间在高液压下进行高速相对运动,其间隙的大小和材料的选择对性能和寿命的影响很大。通常这两对摩擦付都用软硬不同的材料制造,一般柱塞和配油盘都选用硬的材料(如氮化钢),而缸体相应的表面选软的材料(如铜合金)。现将近年来有关国内外常用缸体及配油盘材料情况归纳如下:
