随着市民居住条件的逐步改善和房改政策的不断出台,居民对物业管理的需求越来越高,要求依法管理、执法到位的呼声也十分强烈。市十一届人大二次会议以来,市人大代表提交的反映物业管理方面的书面意见逐年上升,为此市人大常委会在安排1999年度工作要点时,把物业管理条例实施情况的执法检查列入当年执法检查的重点项目之一。
With the gradual improvement of the living conditions of the public and the continuous introduction of the housing reform policy, the demand for property management by residents is getting higher and higher. The calls for the administration according to law and the enforcement of law are also very strong. Since the Second Session of the Eleventh National People’s Congress, the written opinions submitted by the municipal people’s congress deputies on the reflection of property management have been increasing year by year. Therefore, the Municipal People’s Congress Standing Committee included in the law enforcement inspection of the implementation of the Property Management Regulations Law enforcement inspection of the year one of the key projects.
