Some of the more popular high-speed remote access methods include: 56Kbps, ISDN, Cable Modem, and ADSL. Each of these methods has its own characteristics. In terms of standards compatibility and support policies for the telecommunications sector, we believe that ISDN has the greatest potential in China’s high-speed remote access market. This is because only ISDN standards are first formed and widely adopted, and standards for other communication methods have not been formed or are under development.
