用 Na CN加缺糖造成的 PC1 2细胞缺血性损伤模型 ,研究脑力智宝含药血清对细胞的保护作用。并对所取含药血清时不同的给药次数、采血时间和含药血清加入量等实验方法进行了探讨。结果表明 ,单次给药后 0 .5,1 ,2 ,3h所采集的含药血清不具有细胞保护作用 ,而两次给药 (间隔 2 h)后 1 h、2 h的含药血清具有明显的保护作用。每日两次给药连续 3.5d( 7次给药 )各时间点的含药血清均具有明显的细胞保护作用。血清加入量以 5%效果最好 ,大于 1 0 %则影响药物的作用
The model of ischemic injury of PC12 cells was induced by Na CN plus glucose deprivation to study the protective effect of Naolizhibao-containing serum on cells. The different experimental methods such as the number of times of administration, the time of blood collection, and the amount of drug-containing serum were taken into consideration when taking the drug-containing serum. The results showed that the drug-containing serum collected at 0.5, 1, 2, and 3 h after single administration had no cytoprotective effect, while the drug-containing serum at 1 h and 2 h after two administrations (2 h apart) had Obvious protection. The drug-containing serum at each time point of continuous 3.5d (7 doses) twice a day had obvious cytoprotective effect. The effect of serum addition is best at 5%, and greater than 10% affects the effect of the drug.
