目的了解多器官功能衰竭综合征(MODS)患者并发钠盐代谢紊乱,以利指导临床治疗。方法对收治的23例MODS患者常规进行检查电解质之后连续动态监测电解质。结果所有MODS患者均并发钠盐代谢紊乱,其中多发生在1~7 d内,3~5 d达最高。结论 MODS患者并发钠盐代谢紊乱的纠正,应在纠正钠盐紊乱的同时尽快治疗原发病,尽快恢复重要脏器功能至关重要,对难以纠正的钠盐代谢紊乱,常提示病情预后极差。 Objective To understand the complications of sodium metabolism in patients with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS) to facilitate the clinical treatment. Methods Twenty-three MODS patients underwent routine dynamic monitoring of electrolyte after examining the electrolytes. Results All patients with MODS complicated with metabolic disorder of sodium, mostly occurred in 1 ~ 7 d, reached the highest level in 3 ~ 5 d. Conclusions Correction of metabolic disorder of sodium salt in patients with MODS should treat the primary disease as soon as possible while correcting the disorder of sodium salt and restore the vital organs function as soon as possible. It is often indicated that the prognosis is very poor for the disorder of sodium metabolism which is difficult to be corrected .
