本文提出了一个经过初步验证的铝电解槽电、热解析数学模型和数字仿真程序。利用此程序对大型电解槽槽衬结构的优化进行了一系列仿真试验,得出了能改善槽内形并能降低能耗的改良结构方案。本程序为改进铝电解槽结构和提高设计水平提供了有效的途径。
This paper presents a preliminary proof of the electrolytic cell, thermal analysis of mathematical models and digital simulation program. Using this program, a series of simulation experiments on the optimization of the slot liner structure of a large electrolytic cell have been carried out. The improved structure scheme that can improve the slot shape and reduce the energy consumption has been obtained. This procedure provides an effective way to improve the structure of aluminum cells and improve the design level.
