异体脱钙骨移植经多人实验证明,比异体冷冻骨、异体脱蛋白骨、异体新鲜骨以及异种(牛)脱钙骨等愈合好。异体脱钙骨的应用还处于实验研究阶段,但其优点经实验研究已证明,异体脱钙骨移植后骨诱导力强,不引起异物排斥反应,吸收快、血管长入快、新骨形成快,能被宿主产生的新骨掺入和取代。我们将异体脱钙骨做为一种充填材料填入骨腔。经10例临床应用效果良好。一、一般临床资料10例中女性4例,男性6例,年龄16~67岁,平均36.2岁;上腭正中囊肿1例,上颌含牙囊肿2例,根端囊肿7例;囊肿最小1.3×1.8cm~2X线片布,下同,最大5×6cm~2;7例手前囊肿合并感染。二、脱钙剂和异体骨的选择及异体脱钙
