目的:比较玻璃纤维桩树脂核与金属铸造桩核修复前牙缺损的临床效果。方法:选择120例136颗患牙,随机分为两组,每组各68颗患牙。均完善根管治疗后,分别使用玻璃纤维桩加树脂核和铸造金属桩核,然后用全冠进行修复,随访2年,观察比较临床效果。结果:两组患者在根折、修复体脱落、根尖周病变以及龈缘黑线发生率的差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:玻璃纤维桩树脂核修复前牙缺损具有操作简便、色泽美观、不易发生根折及龈缘黑线等优点,临床疗效优于金属铸造桩核修复。
Objective: To compare the clinical effects of glass fiber post with resin core and metal post to repair anterior defect. Methods: 120 cases of 136 teeth were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 68 teeth in each group. After perfecting the root canal treatment, the glass fiber post plus resin core and the cast metal post were respectively used for the restoration. After 2 years of follow-up, the clinical effect was observed and compared. Results: There was significant difference between the two groups in the incidence of root fracture, prosthesis detachment, periapical lesions and the incidence of black margin of gingival margin (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: FRP resin core restoration has the advantages of simple operation, beautiful color, less prone to root fracture and gingival margin black line, and its clinical curative effect is better than that of metal casting post-core restoration.
