宁波国际软件园创建于2000年3月,是全国惟一设立在保税区内的软件园,可综合享受国家鼓励发展软件产业的政策和宁波保税区的区域政策,区内企业拥有国际贸易权,境外进出保税区的货物免配额及许可证;进口自用的设备、零部件等免征进口环节税;可设立外汇帐户,允许保留外汇周转使用。园区规划面积30万平方米,设施完备,环境优美,配备光缆直接接入互联网,可为软件企业提供全方位服务,是集软件设计、生产为一体的软件出口加工基地。
Founded in March 2000, Ningbo International Software Park is the only software park in the country that is set up in the Free Trade Zone. It can comprehensively enjoy the state’s policy of encouraging the development of the software industry and the Ningbo Bonded Area’s regional policy. The enterprises in the area have international trade rights and enter and leave the bonded area. The goods are exempted from quotas and permits; imported import equipment, parts and components are exempted from import taxation; foreign exchange accounts may be established, and foreign exchange operations may be reserved. The park has a planned area of 300,000 square meters, complete facilities, and a beautiful environment. It is equipped with fiber optic cable and has direct access to the Internet. It can provide full-service for software companies and is a software export processing base integrating software design and production.
