目的 :应用RP HPLC检测了小儿麻甘冲剂水煎液中麻黄碱、伪麻黄碱的含量。方法 :样品经超声提取 ,色谱柱用pherisorbCN ,流动相用 0 0 0 1mol·L 1二丁胺磷酸水溶液 (pH3 5 ) ,检测波长 2 14nm。结果 :麻黄碱、伪麻黄碱浓度分别在 2 0 32~ 32 5 12 μg·ml 1和 6 88~ 110 0 μg·ml 1范围内线性良好 ,回收率分别为 87 5 %~ 89 8%和 88 8%~ 90 2 %。结论 :该法可适用于含麻黄制剂中麻黄碱 ,伪麻黄碱的含量测定。
Objective : To detect the content of ephedrine and pseudoephedrine in decoction of Xiaoma Ma Gan Granules by RP HPLC. Methods : The sample was extracted by ultrasonic. The chromatographic column was pherisorb CN. The mobile phase was 0 0 1 mol·L 1 dibutylamine phosphate solution (pH 3 5). The detection wavelength was 214 nm. Results: The ephedrine and pseudoephedrine concentrations were well within the range of 2032-32 5 12 μg·ml 1 and 6 88-110 0 μg·ml 1 , and the recoveries were 87 5%-89 8% and 88 8%, respectively. ~ 90 2%. Conclusion : This method can be applied to the determination of ephedrine and pseudoephedrine in Ephedra preparations.
