据粗略统计,在拖拉机修理过程中,用于拆装螺栓和螺母的工时大约占总修理工时的15~20%。实现螺栓、螺母拆装机械化代替落后的手工操作是提高拖拉机修理工效的重要环节。我厂设计使用了不同形式的扳手和扳机。下面介绍一种结构简单,一般县农机修造厂均可制造的简易气动扳手,它可用于拆装小于M12螺栓。简易气动扳手是由双向叶片式风马达与冲击转换器两部分组成(见图)。具体结构和工作原理如下:
