超未成熟儿(Extremely Immature Infant,EⅡ)由于各组织、器官结构和功能发育不成熟,极易发生多种并发症。随着新生儿重症监护技术的发展,EⅡ的成活率逐渐提高。但众多的并发症仍是危及EⅡ生命或导致后遗症的主要原因。本文对11例EⅡ进行临床分析,以探讨其主要并发症的特点及其防治措施。 临床资料 一、一般资料 本组病例系作者在新加坡竹脚妇幼医院新生儿科进修期间所收治的11例EⅡ,其中男6例,女5例;平均胎龄25.9±1.8周;平均出生体重762.6±112.2g。1分钟Apgar评分<3分2
Extremely Immature Infant (EII) Due to various tissues, organ structure and function immature, prone to a variety of complications. With the development of neonatal intensive care technology, the survival rate of EII gradually increased. However, a large number of complications are still the main reason that endangers EII’s life or causes sequelae.
