目的:针对小儿尺桡骨不稳定双骨折应用钛制弹性髓内钉的临床治疗效果进行研究。方法:选择我院2010年1月至2014年6月骨外科收治的尺桡骨不稳定双骨折患儿30例,均应用钛制弹性髓内钉技术给予治疗,术后恢复期间随访观察并记录患儿骨折愈合情况,时间为6-12个月。结果:于术后4、8、12、24周定期复查X线片,结果显示,患儿平均骨痂生成时间为3周,骨折均愈合良好的平均愈合时间约为8周;术后感染病例0例,均无骨不连、畸形愈合、骨髓损伤等不良情况,关节功能恢复良好。结论:钛制弹性髓内钉固定技术治疗小儿尺桡骨不稳定双骨折,取得满意地治疗效果,具有微创、操作简便、骨折复位满意、并发症少的特点,值得临床推广使用。
OBJECTIVE: To study the clinical effect of titanium elastic intramedullary nails in pediatric patients with ulnar radius unstable fractures. Methods: Thirty patients with unstable ulnar and radius fractures admitted from January 2010 to June 2014 in our hospital were treated with titanium elastic intramedullary nails. The patients were followed up and recorded during the recovery period Children fracture healing, time is 6-12 months. Results: The X-ray films were regularly reviewed at 4, 8, 12 and 24 weeks after operation. The results showed that the mean callus formation time was 3 weeks and the healing time was about 8 weeks. The postoperative infection rate 0 cases, no nonunion, malunion, bone marrow injury and other adverse conditions, joint function recovered well. CONCLUSION: Titanium flexible intramedullary nails fixation is an effective method for the treatment of unstable fractures of radius and ulna in children and has achieved satisfactory therapeutic effect. It has the characteristics of minimally invasive, simple operation, satisfactory fracture reduction and few complications. It is worthy of clinical application.
