以过氧化物为引发剂,用顺丁烯二酸/酐、丙烯酸、丙烯酸甲酯合成了顺丁烯二酸/酐-丙烯酸-丙烯酸甲酯共聚物。研究了单体克分子比,反应温度,反应时间,引发剂用量对共聚物收率、阻垢率的影响及溶液中钙离子浓度,溶液温度、pH值等因素与共聚物阻垢效果的关系。与国内外一些阻垢剂比较表明,该共聚物有较好的阻垢效果。通过红外、差热、热失重、核磁共振和渗透压法测定了共聚物的结构和性能。用扫描电子显微分析,研究了共聚物吸附于无机盐晶体和导致无机盐晶体发生畸变的阻垢机理。
Maleic anhydride / anhydride - acrylic acid - methyl acrylate copolymer was synthesized from maleic anhydride, acrylic acid and methyl acrylate using peroxide as initiator. The effects of monomer molar ratio, reaction temperature, reaction time and amount of initiator on the yield and scale inhibition of copolymer were studied, and the relationship between the concentration of calcium ion in solution and the solution temperature and pH value was investigated. . Compared with some scale inhibitor at home and abroad, it shows that the copolymer has better scale inhibition effect. The structure and properties of the copolymer were determined by infrared, differential thermal, thermogravimetry, nuclear magnetic resonance and osmometry. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was used to study the scale inhibition mechanism of the copolymer adsorbed on the inorganic salt crystals and caused the distortion of the inorganic salt crystals.
